Refund & Replacement Policy

At SRI RAJU GHEE SWEETS, we take utmost care in preparing and delivering fresh, high-quality sweets. However, if you face any issues, we are here to help.

🔁 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Missing items in the order

📌 Conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
  • Replacement will be processed after verification

🚚 Replacement will be delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following situations:

  • Replacement is not possiblE

📌 Conditions:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Due to the perishable nature of sweets, we do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Taste preferences
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Delay caused by courier services (unless product is damaged)

📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
